Our Commitment to Privacy
At TruckerDB, we respect the privacy of individuals and businesses in the trucking industry. While our platform provides valuable leads to help trucking-related businesses grow, we understand that you may wish to have your information removed from our searchable database. We are committed to processing removal requests promptly and maintaining a transparent data handling process.
How the Removal Process Works
To request removal, first verify that your data is in our database by entering your USDOT number. If a match is found, you can complete the removal request form. Once submitted, our team will verify the details and remove your specific record from our active lead repository. This ensures that your contact information will no longer be visible to our subscribers in future searches or exports.
Processing Timeframe
Most removal requests are processed within 48 to 72 business hours. Once your data is removed, it will no longer appear in new lead lists or database queries. Please note that data previously exported by our users prior to your removal request may still exist in their local systems, as we do not have control over data once it has been legally acquired by a subscriber.
Public FMCSA Records
Please be aware that TruckerDB aggregates data from public FMCSA records. Removing your data from TruckerDB does not remove it from the official FMCSA database. To update your information at the source or request privacy protections from the federal government, you must contact the FMCSA directly or update your MCS-150 filing.
