Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

The Company does not send communications on your behalf and does not monitor your campaigns.

• Applicable international anti-spam, privacy, and marketing laws

Failure to comply with these laws may result in civil and/or criminal penalties, for which you are solely responsible.

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may NOT use the Service or Data to:

4.1 Unlawful Communications

• Send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law;
• Engage in deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent messaging;
• Misrepresent your identity, business, or intent.

4.2 Spam and Abuse

• Send bulk emails or messages without proper compliance measures;
• Ignore opt-out or unsubscribe requests;
• Continue contacting individuals after a request to stop.

4.3 Harassment and Misconduct

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate recipients;
• Engage in abusive or predatory behavior.

4.4 Technical Abuse

• Use the Service in a way that damages, disables, or overburdens infrastructure;
• Attempt to bypass safeguards or access restrictions.

4.5 Data Misuse

• Resell, redistribute, or publicly expose Data;
• Use Data to create competing products;
• Combine Data with other datasets in a manner that violates law.

5. EMAIL INFRASTRUCTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

If you use any email infrastructure associated with the Service:

You are solely responsible for:

• Sender reputation;
• Domain health and configuration;
• Email content and targeting practices;
• Compliance with email service provider policies.

The Company:

• Provides initial setup only;
• Does not guarantee deliverability;
• Is not responsible for spam filtering, blacklisting, or account suspension.

6. OPT-OUT AND SUPPRESSION REQUIREMENTS

You must:

• Honor all unsubscribe and opt-out requests promptly;
• Maintain suppression lists where required;
• Avoid re-contacting individuals who have opted out.

Failure to comply constitutes a material violation of this Policy.

7. MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT

The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to:

• Monitor usage patterns;
• Request information regarding your use of the Service.

8. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS

No refunds will be issued in connection with enforcement actions.

We reserve the right to take immediate action, including account suspension.

10. NO LIABILITY FOR USER ACTIONS

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Company is not responsible for your communications or campaigns;
• The Company does not control how Data is used;
• You bear full legal responsibility for all outreach activities.

11. MODIFICATIONS

We may update this Policy at any time.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
